Custom Orders:

Custom sets require clear communication and approval of final design. Once confirmed, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be changed.

• Processing times vary: 3–5 business days for ready-to-ship, 7–10 for customs.

• We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once shipped.

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order (wrong size, missing item, damaged set), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
